Dr. Phil Larose
Dr. Mateo Castano Ospina is from Cali, Colombia though he spent most of his life in Winnipeg. He graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024. After earning his DVM, he completed a 1-year rotating internship at the Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Toronto.

Dr. Castano Ospina recently moved to Ottawa with his partner, two dogs, and two cats. In his downtime, he enjoys playing soccer, paddle boarding, and hiking.
